Go to the cafeteria

Anna did start some conversations with me in the morning and we talked about music, hobbies and fashion trends. Just some sort of smalltalk to break the ice but I get the feeling that she is a nice girl.

"Lisa, I am going to eat something in the cafeteria. Do you like to join me?"

We both walk down the hallway to the cafeteria together and Anna orders some pasta while I pick up a garden salad and a bottle of soda water. Seeing the salad in my hands Anna rolls her eye. "Are you sure that's enough? Are you on a diet or something"

I blush, "My mum did make me eat a lot this morning. I am not really hungry."

We both pay for our meals and Anna points to a table on the left near the windows. "That's Cynthia and Emilie from our class over there. Let's join them. They are fun to be with. Cynthia always knows about the newest gossips. Just don't take her too seriously though and don't believe all her nonsense."

I have to giggle about Annas assessment, "Okay, I think it would be nice to get to know them. I'd really like to hear one of these stories."
