Go monster hunting solo

After some thought I decide to strike out on my own. It's a dangerous thing to do this but I am confident in my skill and training. I should probably be able to manage against some puny little slimes easily enough.

Going through the forest I see a clump of such slimes out in a clearing. The creatures seem to be heading away towards something, but one of them lingers for some reason. It is a general principle when adventuring solo to pick off monsters one at a time as getting overwhelmed by large numbers of even such weak creatures as slimes is a quick way to die.

I watch the scene carefully a bit longer and find that the other slimes have moved away. This looks like a good chance to attack! I get my weapon ready.
