Go get help

After what felt like forever, the two women stopped trying to get the mysterious chain off and just stood there panting from exhaustion.

“This. Isn’t. Working.” Chelsea told her **** partner.

“You don’t. Say.” Amanda spat back, trying to catch her breath.

Chelsea walked over to a nearby bench in the hall and sat down to catch her breath, dragging Amanda along with her.

The bound enemies sat on the bench for a few minutes until their breathing returned to normal, at which point both girls decided to take action.

“Let’s go.” They both said at the same time as they stood up in sync. They exchanged a look of repulse from the fact they were in agreement. Then they took off down the hall.

Or tried to at least. Amanda went one way, and Chelsea went another. The chain had absolutely no give so as soon as the girls took a single step in the opposite direction the tug from their **** connection pulled them back together and slammed their backs into one another.

“Hey!” Amanda shouted, “I thought we finally agreed here?”

“I thought so to!” Chelsea replied, just as loud, “are we not going to find someone to help us?”

“What!?” Amanda exclaimed and looked in disgust. “I’m not going to be caught dead attached to you.” She explained as she tugged the chain for emphasis. “I’m going to find something to pry this thing off with.”

“Well who knows if that will even work,” Chelsea reasoned, “we still have no idea where this thing came from!”

“It has to be from you, smartass!” Amanda accused, “you’re the one who mentioned chaining myself to Xander!”

“Why the hell would I want to be chained to a slut like you?” Chelsea questioned, “and how could I have possibly put this on us without you noticing?”

“I don’t know? You had like. A stick with you?” Amanda remembered, “and you pointed it at me!”

Chelsea stopped and thought back. She did feel a strange energy from that stick she found. Could this be it’s doing? But how?

She pulled the mysterious stick out of her pocket and looked closely at it. Could this be the way to free them from their binds?

She felt a gentle humming coming from the stick. Was it getting ready for something?
