Give her a wedgie

This is a story where the rivalry of women in a nightclub scene gets out of hand. Several women think that they, or their friends, ought to be the most popular ones in the scene, and they are challenged by others who disagree. In striving to come out on top, they will attempt to heap humiliation on their rivals, but sometimes, it will backfire. The scenes take place in several settings: the nightclub, called ; a nearby diner, called Dellah's; the local mall, where a number of the girls work; a local college; other places I haven't thought of yet. Each character has her own personality, grudges, and allegiances. A friend one minute can become a foe because of something in the past, an unconfirmed rumor, or merely the chance to gain advantage. It's a treacherous world of nightlife that spills over into daytime.
