I pause for a second till I realized I had stopped dancing, clearing my throat as I start swaying back and forth through the steps. "Ummm...well...I think I would like that. I'll have to admit though, I'm probably not right in the head, so if I say something or do anything stupid, you'll have to forgive me." She just chuckles, laying her head on my chest. "Oh honey, that's totally understandable. As I was building up the courage to ask, I was fully prepared for you to say something along the line like you would need some time to heal. I totally understand though, I'll do my best to help you heal but not to push you to hard into our relationship." I sigh, the feeling of an understanding woman alien to me. From the get go, Steph had always been demanding and wanted things done her way. And I went along with it cause it was nice to have to make and decisions, someone always making them for me made my life easier. But then I slowly realized relationships shouldn't work like that but I still put up with it. Walking in on her and Bruce was almost a relief, gave me a escape our of something I no longer wanted to be part of. Finishing my thoughts as the song ends, I twirl her around and dip her low to the ground, resulting in a squeal of delight. Before I bring her back up, I gently kiss her forehead. "That's going to take some getting use to, your beard is really tickly."
