You can't afford to have this monster's gunk weighing you down. You push harder on your belly and recoil in pain. You build up some more nerve and press down again with a painful groan. Your cervix stings as a string of slightly hardened goo pours out through your vagina and gets lost in the stream. You ease up to catch your breath and look down to see that no visible difference has been made. You take a deep breath and try again.

Your ejection of the unwelcome substance lasts into the night as you can only bear to press out so much at a time, but eventually you press down and feel that no more will come out. Your belly looks normal again, but your whole vagina tingles from the reactive ooze and you can't escape the feeling that some of the slime is still inside you.

You crawl out of the water with your toes pruned and your gut aching and with no energy to make a proper camp, you lay down into a pillow of your bunched up clothes to sleep naked in the hot, humid air of the bog.
