Free-Use License

In this reality, the concept of "free-use" doesn't really exist since it's always been the norm. The only place where the word exists is in the U.K. as a legal term.

You see, if you're a man or couple in Britain (WHITE man in recent years as a result of the two-tier policing phenomena and Labour's authoritarianism), just like with everything else, you need a license to freely use women/have sex in public. This is called a Free-Use License; though no one really calls it that except in official situations or if they're making a joke about it.

"Free-Use? There's nothing FREE about it, LOL!"

It's more commonly referred to a sex or fucking license.
