If you happen to be feeling entranced or hypnotized in any way, you will now begin to awaken as I count up to five. When I reach one, all commands and effects of this experience will be erased from your mind, and you will retain all memory of the experience.

One: You begin to come up now, slowly leaving your entranced state and awakening as I count.

Two: You come further and further up. Your thoughts are becoming clear, and you are gaining some awareness of your recent experiences.

Three: You remember everything that has happened since you became hypnotized, and you can begin to think clearly about what has transpired.

Four: You are almost fully awake, and all triggers and effects from this experience have been erased from your mind, and will have no effect on your normal life.

Five: Wake up now. You are fully awake and aware, no longer in trance.
