Chapter 10 by xmare xmare

Follow the poor girl's night

Lilybeth followed her friends into the club for the first time. You can probably guess from her name that she wasn't raised to go to clubs. As she passed the bouncer, she looked around and took in the sound and lights hammering into her. She ran her hands down her body, along her short, tight green sparkling dress: the first time she'd worn anything like this. As a modest girl, she was conflicted about it: it looked great on her slender body and drew attention by accentuating her best feature - her generous ass. She walked unsteadily on stiletto heels, also for the first time.

Her first move was to follow her friends to the bar, where she took the opportunity to drink as much as she could in a bid to calm her nerves. By this point, she still couldn't believe that her friends had talked her into this. She'd made it this far through her first year of university before her friends had finally broken her will enough to get her here.

For the first hour she hovered around her girlfriends on the crowded dance floor, bobbing in place while the others danced with much more enthusiasm. After half an hour, the latest batch of **** had finally loosened her joints enough that she felt comfortable dancing a little more sensuously. Still timid and alone, but with a looseness that exuded femininity. She closed her eyes for a moment and let herself finally enjoy the music as it coursed through her.

When she opened her eyes, however, her friends were gone. She sobered up immediately. She looked around for them on her tiptoes, trying to crane her neck to see across the crowd, but they were nowhere to be seen. She gauged the direction of the bar, figuring that she must be getting a drink, and started to make her way there.

The anxiety from the loud, busy crowd flooded back into her as she started to make her way through the dense dance floor. She used her hands to make gaps between people and ducked under dancing arms. She lost her bearing in the flashing lights and reverberating floor but figured that if she continued for long enough she'd get to an edge. In the stress of it, she lowered her gaze to the floor and kept pushing through the crowd on her wobbling ankles. She was relieved to feel the crowd thinning, expecting to hit the edge of the crowd when she bounced straight backwards off something soft.

She almost lost her footing in the difficult shoes. When she recovered her stance, she looked up at the obstacle. A long-haired woman covered in tattoos, dressed in all black leather stood before her, looking her up and down.

"Sorry!" Lilybeth looked down in apology and resumed her journey around the woman, but was surprised when the woman blocked her journey. She looked back up at the woman, who now had a more predatory look on her face. She tried to navigate around her again and was blocked again. Confused and uncomfortable, she turned back to find a new route.

She made it two steps before she felt herself be yanked from her balance by something pulling her ponytail. Before she could find her balance, she realised she was being dragged by her hair and had to spend all of her energy keeping up with the woman pulling her across the room.

Any resistance was futile, but at least the crowd was separating for them.
