Follow the blazes back

Well, there's only one way you can really go, and that's back.

You doubt you'll be able to follow the blazes onwards without the guidance of Olivia, and there's absolutely no way you'll be able to find Olivia in this forrest, so you'll have to go back to the car.

You think of sending a txt to Olivia, but as you pull out your phone you realise that there's no reception.

Back it is then.

With a bit of luck you manage to find your way back along the short-cut to the track, but there's no sign of Olivia. She could be anywhere by now.

Dejectedly you walk back to the car, walking always seems so much slower when there's no-one to talk too.

Back at the car park, you see Olivia's car has gone. She must have taken a faster route back.

She really has abandoned you!

Maybe not quite...

On your windscreen is a note:

"Hey Max, I'm so sorry for leaving you like this, I wanted to give you a nice surprise in the forrest, but I got a bit lost.

I tried searching for you, but it was pretty hopeless. I trust you're smart enough to find your own way out. When you get back to reception, please send me a message to let me know you're ok, I'll send a search party tomorrow if I don't hear from you.

You check your phone again, but still no reception.

As you drive back to town, you phone begins to buzz, five worried messages from Olivia!

You pull over and give her a call

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!" Is the first thing you hear. "Where are you? Did you manage to find your way out ok?"

"Yes, I'm fine. It's lucky some of those blazes survived, I would never have found my way back if it wasn't for those"

"You'll probably never want to see me again right?"

"Actually, I enjoyed the first part of the date, do you want to go out again?"

"Really? You still trust me? Maybe we should do something a little less risk this time"
