Follow Katie's experience

Humming, singing off-key and drinking wine from the bottle, Katie swerves from lane to lane while driving home. She is feeling glorious. To be honest, she knows she is drunk, so drunk that she cannot remember the last time she was so sloshed. When she was younger, she got behind the wheel when she was a little tipsy on a few occasions, but now she is driving drunk as a skunk. And the strange thing is, she doesn't even feel sorry about it at all. "When you've god wine, you do'need to whine", she sings drunkenly and dissolves into a fit of laughter, completely ignoring some blaring car horns. Closing one eye to fight her annoying double vision, Katie throws the empty wine bottle out of her window and burps obscenely. "Oh, way ... *hic* ... waid, there'sh my drifeway!" Turning sharply to the left, Katie whizzes across the pavement and nearly collides with an oncoming vehicle. Miraculously, the cars don't crash on the narrow driveway, but pass each other with nearly no room left between them. "Wash oud, Alysha!" someone hollers. If Katie wasn't so terribly drunk, she could have recognized Alyssa Beckham and three other loose friends of her daughter Peggy in the other car.
