First a look over the provided material and dossiers for the applicants

Your first applicant's is Marsaliana, her dossier says she's a Xelkien, not much is known about her race seeing as they tend to have little to no contact with other races outside of their defined systems, her provided information says she's a xenomorph, in other words she can change into other lifeforms, now what is known about Xelkien culture and peoples is that xenomorphs are a uncommon, but not rare, and tend to be kept on the worlds they were born on for what are claimed to be security reasons. Her sections for hair, eye and skin color just say varies, and she had no photo, other than that the information isn't all that impressive.

Your second applicant is named Yamanra, according to her race is Felveran, a race known for displaying physical traits similar to wild earth cats, they also have a reputation for being quite rough with their close associates and partners. Her file displayed a white leopard looking woman with eyes that were green at the bottom half and yellow at the top half. For her provided information it said her eyes were yellow/green, her hair was white/black, skin color (wouldn't you like to know). Her interests listed included meeting new people and lounging in the sun, other than that nothing of note could be found

Your third interview was named Helvitha, her information had her listed as a Avarian, the Avarian were a race of flying sapient beings that possessed properties of both bats and birds, they were described as being socially open to new people in addition to being overly friendly with close associates. Her interests listed were flying, meeting new people and drinking human ales, you were a little confused by the last one, avarians tastes in food and drink were said to be unwilling to accept drinks that had not been specially designed for flyers.

While you had dozens of interviews it was these three that had piqued your interest the most, so they were your first interviewees. You were really hoping none of your interviews caused problems. You were in the business of making money, not losing it.
