Fine Wine,cheap dines and a fun time

Olivia and me wait our turn in line to get our hand stamped or a discount on the food and beverages. With the stamp all meals are five dollars and the drinks ranger from one dollar for can pop to seven dollars for a tankard of lager. Freshly stamped we wander into the festival,music gently playing at each vendor but manly it's Breeze 104.7 Fm,the elevator music to soft rock station in town.

A little after 7:30 finds us at ' Mad Jacks Ribber' which Olivia thinks may be to messy for a first date. The next vendor is 'Quenchers' the towns best beverage bar that serves the best locally made wine and spirits. We stop and {Yd} orders a white spritzer to my River St Brew 7.0 lager shot,a local brew with 7 percent **** in an six ounce can. I offer Olivia a sip of mine,she returns the favor as a street mime stops by us pretending to toast us before moving on.

Eight finds us at 'Galina's Gyros' where we order a gyro each and a Mediterranean salad. Finding an empty table we sit to eat,waiting only long enough for me to get her another white wine and me a hard lemonade.

"So Max you don't plan a lot of drinking tonight do you?" Olivia asks politely "I mean that your second serious drink in the last hour." Then what really bug me "You're not one of those night alcoholics are you?"

"I'm not an night alcoholic or a daytime one!" Now i getting a little pissed at her passing judgement over me. "Two drinks don't make me an alcoholic, i know my limit!" as she sit there picking at her salad watching me.

"It's just that I've had bad experiences with alcoholics in my life so i try to avoid them when every possible!" Olivia says as she puts her hand over my cup of lemonade. "Please if you finish this one i'm leaving!"

Max pulls the cup out from under her hand,downs what remains in two gulps.Gets up and starts to leave, "Just let me get my car from your underground and i'll call it a night and you'll never have to see me again!"

Olivia is a few steps behind Max as the leave the festival in quiet. Back at her place he waits for her to key the garage door open.True to his word he walks down,gets his car and drive off without saying anything to Olivia again
