Fight

Sarah felt as though she may be able to escape one vampire, though deep down she knew that outwitting two would have been a near-impossible task. Raising her fists Sarah moved forward and smacked Libby hard in the mouth. The vampires hissed as she bore her fangs and pounced forward.

Having anticipated her former friend's movement she darted to one side and heard a pitiful yowl as Libby turned to face her. Rage ran across Libby's predatory visage as her eyes glowed an eerie red whilst her unsheathed fangs glinted in the light. Slowly Libby began to stalk forward with a wry smile on her bloodied lips.

Parting her fang-tipped smile the fledgling vampire began to taunt her prey; "Oooh, is Sarah fighting the mean vampire?" Sarah grimaced as she threw another punch, only to be greeted by empty space. Libby giggled softly as Sarah spun round to come eye to eye with her former friend.

Sarah raised her hands into a defence poise as Libby bore her fangs and lunged forward once more. At first, Sarah thought she was going to be able to escape until a shooting pain ran up her arm. Libby giggled coldly as Sarah looked up she caught sight of a shimmering bloodcoated fang, casting her eyes downward she spotted a singular fang mark and wailed in horror.

Libby mewled in delight as she strode forward before speaking in a domineering tone; "No worries babe, all it takes is one bite and soon you'll rise as one of us." Sarah looked distraught as Libby grabbed her arm and slowly lapped the nourishing blood that ran down her friend's forearm.

A cold chill ran through Sarah's body as Libby pulled her in for a forceful hug before softly whispering into her ear; "It's okay Sarah, I can speed up the process then we'll be together forever." Sarah barely stifled a cry as she felt fresh tears running down her cheeks. Libby purred softly before she spoke; "Come on Sarah, just one word and I'll show you a new world."

Sarah parted her trembling lips to utter her response...
