Family Matters, Part 1

A couple of hours passed after the royal family left, with Heather **** to leave, but she had to.

A messenger came by requesting Ashley’s presence, so she had to leave, too.

Which left Zack all alone with practically nothing to do.

So, he decided to adjourn to his room, and confer with Zachary about his next step.

It took a little bit of meditation, but eventually, Zack was able to send his consciousness to the misty field, only there was no azure fog in the air anymore. Maybe it was the absence of the azure ring that had gotten rid of the fog?

“I see you’ve returned.” Zachary said.

“Yeah. I need to know everything you know about my friends’ medieval selves.” Zack said firmly.

“I understand. You need information to rescue them. Can you remind me of which friends in particular you want information on?” Zachary asked.

“Ashley Woodsen, Heather Ravers, Chloe McRose, Skye Willows, Lisa Rivera, Brandon Cole, and Trent Thornton.” Zack told Zachary.

“Right. Well, it appears you already have found Lady Ashley, and she seems quite smitten with you.” Zachary said with a bit of a wink.

“What? Ashley? No way. She’s dating Brandon.” Zack said.

“Dating?” Zachary asked blankly.

“Uh… courting. Brandon’s courting her.” Zack tried to put it in medieval terms.

“Oh, I see. Well, she seems to care more about you than a normal friend would.” Zachary said.

“I don’t want your wrong observations about my friends, I want information.” Zack said.

“Settle down, I’ll share with you what knowledge I possess. Lady Ashley is a woman who prefers the female body to the male when it comes to matters of the flesh. She is rumored to be engaging in sexual activity with her servants, and even with the Lady Sarah. She’s a far cry from her elder sister, Lady Hannah, who is the model of grace and nobility.” Zachary said.

Zack snorted.

“What is it?” Zachary asked.

“In my world, Hannah’s the wild one, while Ashley’s the more well-behaved one.” Zack said.

“Oh. I see. Well, it is not like that here.” Zachary said.

“Alright, continue. Do you have anything else on Ashley?” Zack asked.

“Nothing that I think would prove useful. I am not very well acquainted with the princess Heather, except that I know the king is seeking somebody worthy of wedding his daughter. Skye Willows is a common thief, a peasant who thinks herself important. In reality, hardly anybody knows her, my father being the obvious exclusion. Lady Lisa is the heiress to the Rivera House, and I have slept with her on four occasions.” Zachary said.

Zack rubbed his temple.

“Is there anyone else you’ve slept with that I need to know about?” Zack asked.

“I am not sure. I have been sleeping with my cousin, Paris, since I turned 18. I have slept with my father’s mistress, Summer, a handful of times, and she loved it. Of course, I mentioned Lady Lisa. My mother and I have a special relationship, but I have yet to bed her. I have slept with Lady Gabriella of House Lockett on two occasions, and Lady Julianna of House Lockett on four occasions, one of which was with Lady Gabriella. Is there anybody else of import? No, I do not believe so.” Zachary said.

Zack stared in shock at his alternate self.

“You’ve slept with so many women! Jeez.” Zack said.

“If you would like, I could help you seduce Lady Ashley. Working in tangent may prove fruitful for you. Us, in truth.” Zachary said.

“What? No, I don’t want you to help me seduce Ashley!” Zack said in disbelief.

“I see. Well, if you don’t mind, you’ve had the last few hours in control of our body, so perhaps I could take over for a while?” Zachary asked.

“Sure. But no seducing Ashley. You hear me?” Zack asked.

“Yes. I ‘hear you.’” Zachary nodded.

Zachary opened his eyes, and looked around his bedroom. For now, at least, he had control of his body.

His only guideline was to not seduce Lady Ashley, which Zachary could follow without worry.

His plans today did not include Lady Ashley, after all.

Telling Zack of his conquests made Zachary realize that he did want to bed his mother, and his aunts, too. Louise, of course, yes, but also his mother’s sisters, Lady Mallory of House Minotti, and Lady Michelle of House Campbell, who people affectionately called Misty.

So, he began concocting a plan as soon as that realization hit.

His mother would probably be the easiest, for she has long been neglected by the idiot that was Lord Gregory of House Bishop. Zachary now had plans to usurp his father in EVERY way.

Already, his father’s mistress preferred him, now if Zachary’s mother also preferred him, that would be even better.

Zachary had no real ill will towards his uncle George, but his aunt Louise was too tempting to ignore. It took a beautiful woman to birth a young woman such as Paris.

Hopefully, Zachary’s plans would soon bear fruit. Plans which began with inviting his aunts to the Bishop manor.
