False Dreams

Jake chose a page titled 'False Dreams'. It read:

INGREDIENTS
10 Night Mare tail hairs
1L Dyonisian red wine
200mL Water

Jake rummaged around in the cupboards until he found the right ingredients. He lined them up in a row on the bench top. Following the instructions in the book, Jake poured the water into a pot, then slowly added the other ingredients, mixing as he went. He then put the pot onto the stove, and waited until it was simmering. When Jake finally poured out the liquid into a cup, it was dark brown, with strands of hair floating in it. Holding his breath, he took a sip. The liquid didn't taste like anything at all. Jake felt his fear of what the drink would do to him drain away.
