Falls to his knees

The chokehold seemed to be working on Ethan as he fell to his knees, the girl still held on tightly making sure that he wasn't faking it just to get her to lower her guard, if anything it made her chokehold so much more tighter.

Ethan started breathing heavily as his breathing pipes were being blocked by the girl. "Just fucking pass out already" the girl said. Ethan couldn't reply as he was having enough trouble trying to breathe properly.

He threw his hand back and managed to grab the girls' hair, he yanked it but that only seemed to make the girl that much more angry. She loosened one of her hands from his neck and started punching his face while she was on his back. Ethan was now being hit in the face and choked at the same time.

Ethan's breathing was getting heavier and heavier until it stopped and the girl had managed to put Ethan in a deep sleep. Ethan lost his match.
