Faithful to Jessica

"No, I am not going to cheat on Jessica!" You express. Gently, you refuse Cassandra's body. "Cassandra, I will admit that you hold a killer body, but I really like your best friend. I am not going to screw this relationship up, especially this early." You explain. You gather your books and about to march off the doorway.

"Are you going to tell Jessica about what happen?" Cassandra asks. You remain quiet for a few minutes.

"No." You respond and went away.

As you exit the complex, you bump into Yvonne. "Hey, John. What are you doing here?"

"I was studying. What about you?"

"The same. You came with Jessica?" Yvonne continue with the interrogations.

"No, I studied with Cassandra. I will be studying with Jessica later this week." You answer. "I'm going to visit her later tonight."

"Honestly, I never considered you will have eyes for no one else except. . ."

"Except for you." You interrupt. Yvonne remains as quiet as possible. "Well, I found Jessica and things are working out." You add.

"Do you love her?" Yvonne asks.

"I like her." You answer. Regrettably, the answer is not what Yvonne wanted to hear.

"Do you love her, like you love me?" Yvonne repeats the query.

"Yvonne, what are you trying to get at?" You ask her a question.

"I want you to see that you're with the wrong girl."

"And tell me who is the right girl for me?! You?! I gave you so many opportunities to be with me. Remember, you rejected me every time." You state the facts.

"I know! I fucked up. I should have given you a chance. Still, we have an opportunity to be together. You do not love Jessica, so leave her. I know that you continue to love me." Yvonne attempts to persuade you. You process everything that she's saying in her head.

"I'm leaving. Like I said, I seeing Jessica tonight." You respond. Yvonne managed to successfully poison you with doubts. Also, Cassandra tempted you to cheat on Jessica. This relationship with Jessica was not going easy for you.
