Faculty/Staff Meeting

Rules :

1.) Required Nudity : While Cassie is allowed to be clothed in classrooms, she is not allowed to be between classes, on her way into and out of school, and in gym class.

2.) Limited Autonomy : Cassie is not allowed to dress or undress herself. Clothes remain with undresser until they hand them off to the dresser. This must be done if the undresser is going to be in a different room than Cassie.

3.) Must Use Only Men's Facilities - Cassie is at an all-boys school, so there are only boy's facilities available.

4.) Cassie must be inspected anally and vaginally after being undressed and before being dressed each time.

"... meet the faculty and staff!" Mr Jamisch explained.

He pulled on Cassie's arm, forcing her to follow him closely. In entering the school, she didn't see any students. They must have already gone off to class for the morning. The principle dragged her along a number of hallways that she lost track of where she was. Eventually they arrived at a set of old double-doors that the older man pulled open. Inside was a large conference table with around thirty middle-aged to old men. Cassie stumbled a bit as she entered the room out of nervousness.

"Morning everyone. This is Cassie - our newest female student. She will be the first subject to our new rule changes." Mr Jamisch began his speech to those attending, with Cassie awkwardly having to stand by. "These are, as you know, in response to the issues of **** safety and use prevention in this school. Last year, this institution was found to have had an abnormal number of illegal substances in use. This we instituted randomized searches. While we have several thousand students in attendance. Random searches were determined to be effectively at evenly catching any student using such substances. Now, we ran into an issue with federal funding, as we were denied such funding under new rules about having at least one female student in attendance. As such we began a search for a female student, and in order to attract a prospect, we offered a full ride at this institution, as long as that student's legal guardian or parent signed a contract confirming their agreement to our terms, rules, and to break that agreement would mean severe legal penalties. Thus we brought in Cassie, whose parents signed the legal documents just a week ago. However, the situation has changed with other rules going into application. We are a part of a parent company whose board decided that randomized searches and testing would be necessary to ensure that they are also compiling with state laws that we operate in. This has put a strain on our institution in particular, being a private school that only recently switched over from all-male. We haven't yet installed female facilities and we only have one female student. The random searches and testing are required multiple per day, with separate searches by sex. With only one student, only Cassie is subject to the female searches alone. Thus we worked out the particulars with policies coming from the schoolboard. However, we are still adjusting to the changes with the parent organization. Thus more rules may follow."

The principle grabbed Cassie, and made her stand on top of the table in front of him.

"Students found guilty of moving substances would do so between classes, into and out of school, and gym class in particular would allow for exchanges. Male students are subject to random searches via pat-downs, but since women have particular will hide such goods in their vagina and rectum, we have seen little choice to apply the following rules. That female students must be naked in order to prevent the ability to carry substances, but also the necessity to search female students at this time as well. If we are absolutely certain no substances are being carried at this time, then we know they are not carrying at that time." Mr Jamisch explained, pointing to Cassie, who was getting redder by the second "As you all know, female students could simply hide such substances before searches and retrieve them afterward. Thus we have created the rule that female students cannot undress or dress themselves in order to prevent this particular issue. On top of that, the use of separate female facilities would cause major issues for rule enforcement by the all-male staff/faculty. Thus we have also barred the use of separate facilities for female students. Let me make this clear that this institution does not have the means to keep itself afloat without the aid that the federal grants and the parent organization provide.
