Face the music with Mistress M'Alice.

You don't relish the thought of facing an angry Domination 101 instructor, but you would rather take your fair share of the blame than be beholden to this bewitching beast. You slowly back away, not trusting Gail enough to turn your back on her. You politely say, "Sorry, Gail, but I should fight my own battles. I'll...uh...see you around."

It's not the best line, but it's the best you can come up with after she came all over you in the middle of the hall, so you suppose you could do worse. You feel a bit of your swagger come back to you, but you aren't sure if you trust it either. When you tried to be a man, swagger was in your toolkit to sell your disguise, if only to yourself. Do, you even want to be cocky now that you don't have to have a cock? Maybe you are a grrl with attitude? You like the sound of that, but you don't know if that sounds like you. Then again, you aren't sure who you are now. Maybe you can just try to be the girl you wish you were, and see if it fits? You wonder if that will be any different from all the times you tried and failed to be the man you wished you were, and you keep going in circles of day dreams and doubts.

On the plus side, you are too wrapped up in your perplexing problems to worry about your impending doom. When you finally reach your class, you see a line stretched out the door. You ask the girl at the end of the line, a lithe, willowy elf with auburn hair and striking blue eyes what the line is for and she answers half exasperated, half excited, "Siiiigh, it's the punishment line. I guess we all had the same idea to be late to Domination 101 so the teacher would funish us. At this rate we probably won't even get spankings before class is over. The first day is always like this from what I've heard. We're probably better off just skipping the first class and seeing how bad she punishes us next week."

You can't believe all these girls came late on purpose so they could get punished, and their biggest worry is it won't be bad enough. Then again, Becca did mention that your schedule is written up by seers that select the course load you need the most, and you did sleep in having skimmed your schedule. Surely you would have noticed that your first class was Domination 101 with Mistress M'Alice. You wonder if you might have subconsciously sought out the punishment these girls so deliberately planned on? You have lots of time to wonder as the line stands stock still even as the minutes roll by and anguished moans slip out from under the door...

"By the way, I'm Surthara, but my friends call me Sur." The elf girl says as she turns around to chat. You can't help but notice her pointy ears are pierced with a clattering collection of studs and rings. You remember hearing that elf ears are erogenous zones, so you wonder what this accessories are doing to her libido. She wears a cute tunic green dress that ends just above her knee high brown leather boots with enough buckles to supply a pilgrim convention. You can't quite get an exact pulse on her her whole vibe, but for lack of a better term, you settle on 'wholesome slut'. You shake her outstretched hand and are surprised by a sudden shock!

"Sorry, about that, I'm a painmancer, but when I get excited sometimes I lose control of my powers. Not that I'm, you know, excited." Sur blushes and looks down, but at her height she's still staring at you. With Becca and Gail in mind, you are suddenly suspicious of conspicuously shy or submissive types, but you are also intrigued by her alluringly androgynous features and outgoing but inept personality.

"Hi, I'm Jewel. I'm a novice vvitch, and a trans girl." It's your turn to blush now. You don't know why you shared that. Are you just going to add that on to everyone you introduce yourself to? Maybe you should get business cards made? You feel so stupid and performative and clumsy and...

"Oh?" Sur asks as if it's news to her, but you get the feeling you are a little more obvious than you realizes. "I mean, it's rarer to find out you're cis at this school. Most everyone is trans or nonbinary here. Like why accept bullshit gender roles if we're already going to Hell? I'm trans myself, but the elves are almost as bigoted as the humans, so I decided to attend Hela U instead of learning from a talking tree." Sur smirks and pauses as if to see if you know if she's joking or not.

When she's let you suffer enough, she laughs and says, "HAH AAAH HAAAA SNNRT Sorry, sorry. You Earth humans are always so worried that you might be racist against elves. If you only knew what my mom calls you behind your backs." Sur looks left, then right and whispers, "Dull ears!" You both bust up laughing this time, much to the annoyance of the rest of the line suffering in silence in some self imposed pre punishment ritual.

When you've brought your laugh down to a dull roar, Surthara squeezes your shoulder and sighs, "Whew. So nice to meet someone who can take a joke. A lot of these girls are real serious sluts. Speaking of which...instead of waiting for a whack on the wrist, wanna skip class and funish each other off?" She bites her lip and looks at you expectantly. You scan the line and see it's still at a standstill with at least forty students still waiting ahead of you. You are last in line and probably won't even see Mistress M'Alice today anyway. You do feel a connection to the eccentric elf girl and you could probably learn a lot from a painmancer, but is it worth risking the wrath of the Mistress?
