Evening

You play video games for the rest of the afternoon and only realise how late it's getting once your room's too dark to see anything besides your computer screen. You stretch and get up, before heading out into the hallway and downstairs. Your sister's still watching TV in her pyjamas, your dad's sat on the opposite end of the couch staring at his iPad, and mom's nowhere to be seen. You sit in-between your sister and dad.

She shoots your dad an faux-annoyed look and he sticks his tongue out at her, you nestle back into the sofa and watch TV for a while with them when the bulge in your pocket suddenly gets your attention.
