Epilogue (Too Much Too Fast)

The weekend went by in such a blur. Soon after Jason and Allison arrived, they met up with the rest of their convention group and got settled for their fun weekend. There was still registration to do and finding all the things they wanted to do.

What was unmistakable to anyone in their group was the absolute coldness between Jason and Allison. While Jason was trying to talk to Allison, Allison just couldn’t bear to look at him. What had happened in the car was a mistake. One she should have never done, and while she didn’t have sex with him, she still felt dirty. Ashley took Allison aside and asked her what happened and two discussed it. They made a plan to spend the weekend together and to avoid Jason as much as possible.

Upon returning home, the friendship between Allison and Jason was damaged. It wasn’t until a month later that they finally spoke in which the young man apologized profusely for what had happened in the car and that he would never try to take advantage of Allison ever again. Allison started to think about his apology. While what it would be nice to be friends again, the chance that he might do something like that at some future convention scared her to ****. Allison told her friend in no uncertain terms that she never wanted to see him again. Jason proceeded to unload his anger on Allison, she seemed to have liked some of what happened and couldn’t believe this was the way she was treating him. When Jason raised his hand acting as if he was going to strike Allison she ran to her car and drove off. It seems things between them moved too far and too fast. Allison called her best friend and told her what just happened. They agreed to remove Jason from any future conventions
