You decide to focus your attention first on the growing entertainment part of the business. The individual landlords who manage the properties in Oceanfront's portfolio are more than competent enough to keep everything in order.

The entertainment office is actually located on the penthouse floors of Oceanfront's crown jewel building, The Aviator. Its located right along a strip of pristine and private California beach. The penthouse floor has several office rooms, a an outdoor patio and infinity pool, a small gym and a number of other amenities. Its a wonder anyone can get much work done but the entire place is set up to impress any clients and potential employees.

Using the private entrance, you step into the elevator and press for the 12th floor. At the top, the elevator doors open to a small lobby with glass walls looking out around the building. A few of the offices are glass but you notice there are several that are more private and enclosed. The receptionists' desk in the lobby is unoccupied with a sign that says "The receptionist has stepped away and will be back shortly".
