Emmaline decides to try learning about the 'religious ceremony'

"We're unarmed, and have these... things shackled on us." Emmaline said as the group gathered just outside the temple. "I really don't like our odds if we were to get into some sort of fight right now. I'd be fine, I think, but the rest of you..."

Liv nodded in grim agreement. There was a deep seated fear in her gut that they had done something to her irreplaceable rifle. She grimaced and tried to **** the thought away.

"So, I think we should see if we can find out what the religious sacrificial thing Coatlique was talking about is." Emmaline continued. Liv opened her mouth to say something, but Emmaline hushed her with a finger. "I know it might now exactly be something any of us would be terribly excited about-- I saw that weird lizard-woman-with-a-dick statue, too. But... well, we've probably already been through worse, right?"

"Just because they already fucked us, doesn't mean I want--" Liv started to complain, but Fuu hushed her.

"Besides... this might be the only way we can make it through this safely... at all." Emmaline finished.

"I'm game!" Robin chimed in, her chipper tone smashing aside the darker tone of the conversation. "It'll be... like a cool way to learn about other cultures!"

"Well when you put it that way, I'm just dying!" Liv sarcastically shot back. Robin just grinned at her.

"Alright. Lets head back inside and find Coatlique, then. I suspect he would be able to give us some more details." Fuu said. With a few nods, the group began to head back inside the massive temple.
