Elnessi's Tamari

Elnessi was upfront with her Tamari children, they ARE her children, but only outside the Ashani realm. They are free to make any choice in life they want, but they all have a duty to her to help her inherit the throne when the time comes.

None of Elnessi's children were born as a result of a breeding, all of them were born her past relationships, some from grander origins and others from modest ones, but all children were born from these affairs and not planned champions like most of her sister's Tamari.

All of Elnessi's children had inherited some degree of life **** manipulation,

Nessistar

Elnessi's eldest, his father was Pontius Septimus, the Captain of the ship Elnessi joined in finding an eastern route to the western continent. Nessistar spent his childhood working as a deckhand on the World Bridger next to his mother and father.

Elnessi encouraged Nessistar to be independent, unusual treatment for a Tamari half-elf, but she saw him as a son first. As his father returned to his homeland and his mother continued in her travels. Nessistar inherited the World Bridger and her crew, traveling to distant lands and eventually even being the first to ever circumnavigate the planet.

Over the years, Nessistar rejoined his mother, running contraband runs and smuggling operations for her, two of his younger siblings, Nessiga and Nessimort, joined his crew aboard the World Bridger that now serves as their base headquarters.

Nessina

Nessina was born under interesting circumstances, her father was an assassin sent after Elnessi by a member of the Association of Magi, who clashed with her over mana potions smuggling operations. The assassin managed to best Elnessi's guard, some of the best guards money could buy, and almost overpowered Elnessi is hand to hand power, only Elnessi's ability to heal herself kept her alive and allowed her to best him.

After months in captivity with Elnessi's manipulation and suggestions, due to his strong willpower, the assassin turned sides and became Elnessi's lover. Eventually a daughter was born from the union, Nessina, strong and agile as her parents she was trained by them, helping in defense against other assassins sent by the Mage.

Her father died during the **** on the mage's keep in the EVIL_EMPIRE, but Nessina and her mother managed to finish the mage off and kill him.

Nessina had inherited her father's position as an Association of Magi assassin, while still being fiercely loyal to her mother. Even returning to Ashanai to battle in her mother's name against Eltaira's champions.

Nessiga

Daughter of a jewel thief Elnessi worked with in the human capital of KINGDOM_TITLE. Nessiga's childhood was spent in the capital's slums, while living in her parents' hideout. During that time she learned who to steal from, how to steal without being noticed, how to haggle for better prices for the stolen goods and eventually how to steal better quality goods. Elnessi didn't reveal she was an elven princess, making them work for every meal and every luxury.

In her maiden years Nessiga joined her mother and father in different endeavors, but while taking work from different human nobles to steal different items and artefacts, Nessiga began to specialize in espionage as well, working for the same noble houses and helping them to spy on one another. Nessiga became so good that her network rivaled the royal spymaster one.

One day a ship came to port, it was lavish and big, seemed like a prime target for an artifact heist and probably diplomatic information many will pay good money to know. After a few years of running her fencing and espionage business from behind the desk, Nessiga decided that she will want to scope out the ship herself.

While sneaking on board, Nessiga surprised her mother and Nessistar during a planning meeting, when the two were discussing the best way to approach Nessiga with the knowledge her mother was an elven royalty, that she wasn't and that she has two older siblings. The reunion with her mother and meeting her brother for the first time didn't go well to say the least. But eventually her pragmatic nature lead her to see the benefits in having a brother with a small but good quality merchant fleet at his disposal, as well as the networks her mother built in other parts of the world. Soon Nessiga took over all the operations from her mother, using the flagship World Bridger as a floating base of operations.

Over the years Nessiga's relationship with her mother became more cordial with her accepting her place as Elnessi's Tamari retinue, but she rarely set foot in Ashani lands. Feeling wrong about even supporting her mother's bid to gain the throne of the people that see Nessiga herself as inferior.

Nessimort

Son of Elnessi and her accountant in one of her western continent offices, Nessimort's early life were rather unremarkable compared to his siblings.

Elnessi put Nessimort under the care of Nessistar as he approached maturity, first he served as a quartermaster and later even captained one of the ships in his older brother's fleet.

Nessimort is fairly content in his position as a merchat ship's captain, and cares more about the people under him than progressing anywhere else in his mother's growing organisation.

Nessima & Nessita

On her way back on land from a trip to one of her subsidiaries in the KINGDOM_TITLE, Elnessi's entourage was attacked by a group of highwaymen. After a very bloody fight, with Elnessi exhausting her magical ability, Elnessi was left injured having lost her leg and an eye, only to be recovered by a human ranger who took her to his cabin for recovery. It took Elnessi a couple of days to regrow all lost body parts and in the meantime she spent her time getting to know the ranger.

After spending time together and growing quite fond of each other, Elnessi took the ranger back to Ashanai as a lover, officially he was under the title of a human breeder, but he spent his time with Elnessi as an equal. From their affair two daughters were born, Nessima and Nessita, both with less than a decade apart.

After twenty years, the couple and their children returned to human lands, with Nessita and Nessima taking part in their mother's potion trade with the Association of Magi. Nessima learned how to hunt and gather rare ingredients from her father, even inheriting his magicaal weapons. While Nessita learned how to potion brew, eventually becoming an Association member as an alchemist.
