Who is it?
Elizabeth, the teenaged daughter.
"Hi there! Elizabeth, isn't it?"
When she looks your way you wave for her to come closer. She hesitates for a moment, but then she walks over.
"Hello, Mrs. LeCher. Did you need something?"
"Please, call me Joyce. I just wanted to welcome you properly to the neighborhood!"
You look up at her from behind your sunglasses, letting your eyes take her in while she can't quite see how closely you're ogling her.
She's a pretty girl, slim, with straight blonde hair and a dusting of freckles across her face. She's wearing a loose tanktop over a training bra along with sneakers and cut-offs that show off her long legs.
