Eiza’s interview

Eiza walked onto the set, completely befuddled with her encounter just now. She had been ready to continue the press junket for her movie, after a dozen of these she knew the answers by heart.

She was breathing heavily as she sat on the couch next to Robin.

“Good morning Eiza, it’s great to have you this morning,” Robin said, smiling as the camera rolled live with her interview that morning.

“Ahhh, yeah, good morning Robin,” Eiza returned smiling. “It’s great to be on today”

“I heard you freaked out a bit during the earthquake a few weeks ago, can you tell us the story,” Robin inquired concernedly.

“Oh...well….you know I’ve not really been through a real quote before. The funny part is, the aftercock really was what got me,” she said.

Robin took the misstep in stride. Professional that she was, she ignored the reference.

“Tell me how this movie went? You didn’t have a particularly large part in the movie, but I heard you had some issues with the lines”

Laughing, the young latina said “Oh, it was nothing. There were a few scenes I struggled with the lines. Mental Cock or something I guess,” Eiza said.

Again, Robin heard the misquote. “Is everything okay Eiza? You keep referring to a word you shouldn't on network tv,”

Eiza looked at the older woman, confused. Her alto voice broke a bit as she said “I don’t understand, I was about to say you sure have a lot of folks out on the side cock, you must have a real star coming or something,”
