ELF

Deep in the Mistwood Forest, lies a bare meadow populated by a colony of elves. More cunning than man and more agile than a dwarf, elves use quickness to their advantage, rather than clumsily swinging a sword. Rarely seen by others, elves keep to themselves, shrouded by myths and omens they create as they hide in the vast forests they call home.

Running through the forest, two elf women, who were in charge of gathering fruit from the trees, decided to make a game out of it by stealing from each other's baskets. Kate Ambers, the most athletic and cleverer of the two used the trees to get around. Running and bouncing off logs and branches, Kate was a skillful thief. Just as she was leaping off a weak branch, it broke. Kate fell in a hole, consumed by darkness.
