Door 2

Jake cautiously opened the first door on his right — the one with a number '2' on it. A soft light was coming from inside it. Jake stepped inside, and looked around.

This room was a kitchen. It was tiled with white tiles that seemed to glow — it was from these that the light was coming from. A bench ran around the room, broken only by an oven, a fridge, and two doors — one leading back to the hallway, the other to the next room. Beneath the bench were closed cupboards. On the bench next to him, Jake saw a book. He picked it up, and dusted the cover.

Jake flipped through the book, and realised that it was cookbook. Jake put the book down, and looked inside the cupboards. They were stuffed with ingredients, ranging from normal herbs and spices, to exotic and strange ingredients such as powdered unicorn horn and griffin saliva. The fridge was similarly filled with ingredients. One jug was filled with a red liquid that Jake was sure was blood.
