Don't bring it up

Before your wife comes out of the bathroom you sneak back downstairs and sit on the couch with the television on as you normally would. Instead of paying attention to whatever's on the screen, you consider what you've just seen and read on your wife's phone.

First, your wife naively sent another man pictures of herself in various nice looking and some very sexy dresses. They weren't intended for titillation though but rather she was looking for an opinion on whether the dresses were suitable enough for a reputable and sophisticated restaurant such as Chez Mignon. So, it makes sense that she'd send the pictures to Matt for that reason. He is the only one who has actually been to Chez Mignon before. And you guess, since she's known Matt for such a long time, she had no problem sending him the pictures for his opinion. They are already close enough, that pictures that would otherwise embarrass her, she's okay with Matt viewing.

Regardless of why she sent the pictures, you recall Matt lavishing praise on your wife, calling her hot and commenting on how amazing the white dress looked on her. He wasn't lying, your wife is very sexy, although she rarely tries so hard because of her shyness. Or maybe because of her usually reserved nature, seeing her dressed so provocatively makes her look even sexier. But you can say that. You're her husband. Matt saying it feels a little different, and more flirtatious than a guy simply commenting on a female friend's attire. But throughout the conversation, Ariana never told him to stop or that it was inappropriate. You wonder if that means she was okay with the attention from Matt. Maybe she's been distant with you since she got home because she actually enjoyed being complimented by your best friend.

Maybe you're reading far too much into it. Ariana did seem nervous about the price so perhaps that's eating at her. And perhaps Matt is being more flirtatious than usual because he's anticipating the sex date with your wife this Friday. But you can't help but think that there's more to the situation. Ariana hasn't worn the dress for you like Matt suggested, and without your permission, Matt is already laying the groundwork for a second sex date. You begin to feel uneasy about the whole deal, but maybe you are irrationally paranoid.

You are so confused that you don't know what to do. You try to focus on Kali, your best friend's hot blonde girlfriend who you'll also get a chance with on Friday. But you haven't even thought past Friday. Should you be trying to set up further dates with her too? You think it's too late to call this one off. Matt has already booked a table and Ariana has bought a new dress. To call it off now would probably **** you to reveal the true nature of the date to your wife. But you could possibly confront Matt about his intentions and the way he's talking to your wife.
