"Sure let's pick him up. If he turns out to a weirdo its not that far to the park anyway," Robyn said.
Emma happily obliged as she flicked on the indicator of the car and drove slowly up behind him. Both girls admired the stranger a little better as they drew close. He had large broad shoulders and they could now make out the definition of his well-muscled torso. His hair was dark and of moderate length for a guy, if a touch unruly in the breeze. He wore a pair of dark blue Ripcurl board-shorts with a yellow strip down each side. His white T-shirt was tucked into the waist of his shorts and dangled about as he walked. On his feet he had a pair of simple black slip-on shoes that complete his appearance.

Emma was just about to toot the horn to signal to the guy that they would pick him up when Robyn excitedly started drumming on the dashboard next to her.
"What on earth is it?" Emma asked.
"Don't you recognize him? Its Michael from our home town," Robyn replied excited that she had recognized him first.
"Oh my God. It is too. Quick call out to him or something," Emma said becoming just as excited as Emma.
"Hey Michael! What would your mother say if she knew you were hitch-hiking," Robyn yelled out to him.

Michael turned to look at them. They could tell he was a bit surprised by them calling his name. It didn't take long for his smart-arse reply to come though, "if she knew you were going to pick me up Rob, she'd probably tell me to run the other way."
"Just shut up and get in the car would you," Robyn shot back.
He strolled over to the back door behind Robyn and hoped in. In the few months since either girl had seen Michael, he had bulked up and got into much better shape.
"Emma, I thought it would be you driving the car. You and Robyn were never that far apart at home," he said on seeing her.
"Its great to see you too. What are you doing here though?" Emma asked.
"I've been working at an orchard since December picking avocados. I had finished for the day and was on my way into town when you two came by. I knew you two were traveling together but I had no idea you were in town."
"We didn't know you were here either. We've been all up and down the coast surfing. We'd only been in town a couple of days," Robyn elaborated.
"Awesome. Well I'm glad to know you're in town now," Michael said to her.
"We're on our way back to the Caravan Park if that's any where you want to go," Emma offered hoping he would stick around for a while.
"That would be perfect. I'm staying in a house with some of the other workers not too far from the Caravan Park. I'll just walk the rest of the way," Michael said accepting the lift.

The three chatted about what they had all been doing recently until they ended back at Robyn and Emma's tent. Michael was in no hurry to leave the attractive ladies so soon after meeting them. He waited out side while the two of them went inside the tent to change. With the zipper done up Emma pulled Robyn in close so she could whisper conspiratorially, "How hot has Michael become!"
"I know. How sexy is he with all those new muscles," agreed Robyn.
"I'm so going to shag him tonight," Emma said getting slightly turned on at the thought.
"Not if I get him first your not," Robyn countered.

The girls changed into some of their most attractive clothes before quickly checking each other appearance out to make sure they each looked adorable. Michael was waiting patiently as they climbed out of the tent. With each girl declaring their interest in him it seem there was going to be some competition between them for him.
