Discussing the mission

The four sat around the square table in their room. Osman, a muscular bald-headed man in his mid-twenties, sat facing the door. He was the only one in the group with no magic ability at all, but he made up for it by being an expert fighter. For the moment he had chosen to remain naked from the waist up, presenting his impressive body for all to see. Opposite him was sitting the other man in the group. Karron was a couple of years younger than Osman and had short raven-black hair. He was a mage specializing in offensive spells and was wearing a blue robe, as was typical for him. On Osman’s right (and Karron’s left) was sitting Maria – a human woman with long dark red hair and rather large tits. In addition to being an expert thief she also had some limited spellcasting abilities. Currently she was wearing a dark brown long-sleeved shirt and tight leather pants. Opposite her, on Osman’s left, was the only non-human in the group. Ylwen was a blond blue-eyed elf who specialized in enchantments and defensive spells. For the moment she had chosen to wear a thin yellow sleeveless dress. Her hard erect nipples could be seen through the flimsy garment, indicating that she had chosen to not wear anything underneath, as was typical for her.

“So, what do you think?” Osman asked, temporarily taking on the role of the group’s leader.

“The task seems simple enough. The only problem would be locating the medallion. Jaleera should have something to help with that.” Ylwen answered.

“Jaleera? That perverted witch? You deal with her!” The group’s thief reacted as soon as she heard the name.

“But of course, Maria. Of course I will personally take care of the negotiations with Jaleera, so do not worry – you will have nothing to do with her.” The sorceress assured her friend.

“Glad to hear that.”

“So, how exactly are we going to get in?” Asked Karron.

“I would suggest going through the basement – it should be in good enough condition.” Osman answered.

“Shouldn’t we worry about getting in AFTER we come up with a way to reach the ruins? According to this map the mansion – or what’s left of it – is on top of a hill, so any sentries present will have a pretty good view of the surrounding area. And since the place is pretty far from the roads we can’t pretend to be normal travelers.” Maria pointed out.

“There’s no need to go anywhere near the hill in the first place.” The male mage countered after carefully examining the two parchments. “According to the maps there should be a secret tunnel leading to and from the mansion’s basement. It’ll probably be blocked or guarded, but I’m sure that won’t be much of a problem. This is how we’re going to get in – and out.”

“Sounds good to me.” The thief agreed.

“Then we have an agreement.” Osman declared after a nod from the elf.

“In that case I better go and visit Jaleera.” Ylwen got up from her chair and quickly left the room, leaving the other three to do as they please while waiting for her.
