Dark Elves

Dark Elves are the most numerous kind of elves and the 2nd most powerful faction of them. They are easily distinguishable from man because of their complexion. They are slightly shorter than the High Elves: the females coming to being 5'0 to 6'3 with the males coming to be 5'11 to 6'5, this is because of where they live, deep underground in large damp caverns... they have pale skin and usually large glowing eyes, you can barely see their pupils... but they are there, they have been known to have slightly more athletic bodies compared to the High Elves yet still slender and beautiful, but be careful of them for they are incredibly dangerous in battle. They were formed after a mass rebellion was **** underground, they seem to have a good relationship with the kingdoms of men, seemingly adopting a few of their customs... however this influence also made them very human. This means that they are usually on the chaotic neutral side of things, ranging from good to bad, etc. Etc. Some of them like "Lorviel the compassionate" can be incredibly good, he himself serving every race in his underground hospital... but some... like "Ragean" the king of the Dark Elves who is known to **** prisoners of war to fight to the **** for his own amusement... he keeps slaves by his side at all times and executes anyone who oposses him... Dark Elves can do mass debauchery and deprave things to each other and other races even more so than humans. The Dark Elven cities are also rampant with crime and corruption (again even more so than Humans) with several criminal organizations under them...

After the Dark Tower had arisen, the Dark Elves had numerous civil wars regarding servitude to The Dominator. Finally however, The Dominator took his armies and besieged the Dark Elven capital of "Debavia" and executed Ragean in a paricularly gruesome way (we will not discuss how) before his body and limbs were fed to the rats on the streets and his head was mounted in front of the capital building....
