Dann's Loses More

"You can have your pants back," Tryc said, "if you can get them!"

Several of the others sounded their approval. The had formed a rough circle around Dann being sure to give Tryc enough space.

Dann lunged at Tryc but she nimbly flew to the side. Laughing, Tryc flew up to a ceiling fan and draped the pants over a blade.

"Come on!" Dann said.

"What? you can reach that?" Tryc said with a giggle.

"Come on Dann, jump for them!" someone shouted.

"Or you could just keep this look," Jenn called.

Dann flushed at Jenn's comment. He just needed to get his pants. The others where effectively blocking him from just going to get another pair. He had to play Tryc's game.

"Fine," Dann muttered and positioned himself under the fan and jumped as high as he could, reaching up with both hands, missing the pants by inches. On his way down Tryc dove from beneath and grabbed the bottom of his shirt, pulling it cleanly off. Dann's feet hit the ground and cheers broke out as he now wore nothing but his underwear.

"Got you!" Tryc said, flying up to reclaim the pants. Once she had them Tryc tossed the clothes to a few of the orphans in the back, who quickly hid them away.

Dann was pretty sure this day couldn't be going any worse. (He was wrong, as it happens.)
