Danielle

It was Rebecca's younger sister, Danielle. Unlike Rebecca, she was much more into sports while her older sister was the more studious type.

"John!" she smiled, running over to greet me. She gave me a hug, which I returned enthusiastically. It was only when she broke away from the hug that I realized what she was wearing.

She was only wearing a towel wrapped around her.

I raised my eyebrows a little and she blushed. "Sorry, I just got out of the shower. It's so good to see you."

"That's fine. But won't your husband pound me to a pulp if he saw us?" I asked.

Danielle shook her head. "No, he's not that jealous. He knows we're only friends, so don't worry. Besides, he's not here."

I wondered why. "Who else is here?"

"My mom, Rebecca and my dad, who will only be here briefly. Chris, Rebecca's husband, will join us later."

It was only the sound of a car driving a short distance away that caught her attention. "Well, I think I'd better go back inside to get dressed."

I nodded. "I think I need to take a shower. It's very hot out here."

"The shower should be free, or if you want to cool off, you can also go swimming."
