What happened next?
Cynder gets herself breakfast
The dinner mainly consisted of cold stew and pizza bread, which was left over from last nights dinner. Cynder did not complain. She wolfed it all down gratefully, eating more than usual, mainly due to the fact that she wanted to fill that empty hole inside of her, that hole that longed for Spyro.
She sighed and went back to her room, where she was met with a strange surprise. There was an eagle in her room, which stood on her balcony proudly. Tied to its leg was a letter. What could this mean? Was this letter from Spyro?
The letter was written in Spyro’s familiar script, and it did not bring the best of news.
“Dearest Cynder...It seems that my mission is going to take longer than I expected. Some kind of bear-person kept insisting I’m indebt to him, even though he never did anything to help me. Until I sort this out, he...let’s say refuses to let me proceed. I do hope you’re well, and the guardians are taking good care of you. Here’s hoping for a swift return on my part. From: Spyro.”
Cynder sighed, her heart sinking after hearing this news.
What does Cynder do next?
