Jess smiled and started inputting the data. "I think I'll give you a silver look for now. It'll go with your hair. I can change it if you want, though." In addition the extra breasts, the new image of Helen had silver scales covering her hands and arms, running up to her shoulders and trailing off just before her neck and armpits. It looked kind of like armor, really. Of course, if it was dragonic, it'd probably be as tough.

"Wait. Make the scales cobalt blue. The lamia tail too. I think that'll look more interesting."

The redhead smirked. "Sounds like you've got an idea now. Okay, let me input this..." Some typing later, Helen's computer model was quite blue in the scales, which contrasted quite interestingly with her blonde hair. Also, every so often the model would blow flames carelessly from her mouth. The surgeon looked up. "Does that look good?"

"Oh, yeah! I can put on some plate armor over that and really look different!" Helen was visibly excited; she was even ignoring her detached crotch and her extra breasts. "Okay, I think that'll be good. Now just for those extra pussies... Okay, I think I'll have a new vagina just underneath each pair of boobs. If you can, make them flat on the outside, so they're not so obvious or obtrusive. Can you do that, please?"

After a bit more inputting, Jess displayed the finished model. The new vaginas weren't obvious in the least - it looked more like she had unhealed sword wounds in her chest. Very nice idea; you can even use that to intimidate people at first, the surgeon pondered. "Okay, you're sure this is what you want?" The patient nodded eagerly. "All right, then. This will take a bit of work, but we'll get you ready in no time." Jess moved over to a machine, flipping its power switch and watching it flicker on. "Let's get started, shall we?"
