Control Time

Day 1: It's cliché, I know, but if your going to create a device which controls time tradition asks that you disguise it as a watch. At least mine shall be in the shape of a wrist watch and not some anachronistic pocket watch.

Anyway, apart from keeping time (yes it's a real watch) my invention (name pending until I can think of an appropriate acronym) allows the wearer to 'stop' or 'slow' time while still being able to perceive and interact with others. The 'watch' also allows for movement against the flow if time. In essence it allows the wearer to travel backward in time (or forward at faster than normal speed).

Now that I have created this invention the question remains what should I do with it? Stop time in order to wreak petty vengeance on those who have wronged me? Travel back in time and use my knowledge of present technology to become a king? Travel forward to steal secrets from the future which will allow me to conquer the present?
