Continue forwards

You decide to continue going. Trying your best to move in a straight line in order to not walk in a circle you press forwards. After some time you get the impression that you passed the same tree for the third time. However, trees are very hard to tell apart so you're not sure.

On the other hand, you think that the ground is different than before so it cannot be the same tree. Or is it just the due to the change in light as the sun progress across the sky.
