"I believe you know your date tonight."

"What? You organised with someone we know?"

"Oh don't worry I've been messaging her as you for the last couple of weeks, she has no idea that it was your wife setting it up."

"Well, who is it?"

I spot her just as he asks and point her out to my husband.

"Is that?"

"Connie, yeah."

"You set me up with your sister? Are you fucking kidding me? You want me to date your little sister?"

"Of course babe, I know she's into you. She makes it pretty obvious whenever she's around. I've gotta say you look so cute rebuffing her. Her attempts though, really do make me hot at family gatherings."

"I had no idea, she's always been really annoying about it and it made me uncomfortable."

"Oh, I know. But she's just so cute isn't she?"

"I guess so, I've never really looked at her like that. You've always been the better sister in my eyes."

I wasn't going to tell him that I would be watching him. I wanted him to get comfortable first on his date and then let him know when Connie wasn't around.
