Complete silence

Silence.

Silence filled the room. Looking around you could see the shock on your classes face. The room of students wordlessly gazed up at the headmistress, who smugly smiled down on them. The topic of sex was so taboo that to hear a adult, let alone a catholic teacher discuss such things as breeding was astounding.

"That's really all there is to it. Your parents have consented on your behalf for you to be initiated into the genetic lineage of the church, and this next week before you graduation will entail education, preparation, ejaculation and; " She grins "Impregnation."

At a lack of words, you look around the room. The girls are holding each others hands, with a mix of emotion. Some seem excited, some seem afraid, but a general sense of anticipation within the room. Looking to Mark and the other boys, they are clearly quivering with excitement.

Grace and Hannah seem to be discussing something, but before you can eaves-drop, Miss Dominas authoritative voice drowns out the chatter.

"I can assure you that you will be taken care of, with undivided attention being dedicated to you for the duration of this process." She pauses and smiles with an uncharacteristic fondness. "I remember my first conception. It was such a romantic evening." She sighs, closing her eyes and returning to the memory)

"Anyway! There is no time to waste! Head out to the courtyard were you will receive further instruction."

The congregation obediently rises and shuffles out of the chapel, muttering and chatting to each other. Mark nudges you, before saying "I can't wait! I just can't wait!"
