"Actually there is something I need help with," Louise says with a grin.

"What?" Eric asked.

Louise didn't answer immediately, offering him just a copy smile. "Come back when the store closes," she told him. "I'll explain it all later."

"You could just tell me now," Eric tried to press.

"I could," Louise agreed, "but where's the fun in that?"
