Collar and ring

Dirk noticed something strange coming of the small bag. Too small as bag, to fit such big object in his opinion. It was a leather collar, with a small blue bell hanging in the front and small ring, with single gem in the same color as the bell on the collar and some strange runes on the gold ring, the same as on the bell. Curious, Dirk grabbed it and looked closer. It vibrated when he touched the bell, but not like a normal bell for goats or cows. No, the sound of the bell sounded more like magic.
