Club Petal

Morgan, Corrine, Sofie and Nicole piled into the back of an uber so neither of them had to play designated driver. Corrine was a party girl in college and she was a party girl now. It amazed Morgan how she managed to maintain such a wild lifestyle and still hold down a career, then again she was a successful party planner. That was part of why Morgan had been so excited to hang out with her friend on account of her ability to make every event a memorable one.

"You ladies look like you're about to cause trouble." Their uber driver stated not hiding his leering gaze.

"Be a good boy and maybe I'll let you watch later." Sofie promised causing the driver to swerve and **** on his spit and her friends to giggle.

"Stop being so bad!" Nicole admonished Sofie.

"Oh relax." She winked into the rear view to catch their driver's gaze with a lick of her puffy pink lips. "I don't renege on my promises." The car swerved again.

"Sure, but I don't want to die before the fun starts, so stop flirting with the driver!" Nicole growled.

"So mean!" Sofie pouted and crossed her arms across her chest, angling her head down the rest of the trip.

The facade of the club was bedecked with huge flowering bushes with a giant neon lotus over the entrance. As the girls exited, Sofie turned back and opened the passenger seat to share her information with the driver before catching up to her friends in what was quickly becoming a long line. Corrine wasn't there to wait however and yanked her friends to the front of the line and up to the bouncer.

Two broad shouldered men stood side by side, barring the entrance. Their cool, hard demeanor softened as Corrine approached and returned a warm smile.

"Gentlemen! May we?" Corrine beamed up at the burly men.

"Corrine, you're always welcome here." Said one of the men, his gravely voice deep and resonant. "Lady Olivia will be pleased to see you." His smile was miles above friendly compared to the scowl he wore only moments before.

"Thanks, Doll!" Corrine winked at the doormen as the stepped aside to let her pass, her friends had just stood in wide wonderment at the whole thing. "It'll become clear soon!" She said noting the looks on their faces as the bound into the club.

It became quite obvious the sort of club Corrine had lured her friends to. Not a single man, barring security, was in the bar though plenty of women were. Still more writhed in lustful eddies across a foggy and neon lit dance floor. The eye popper were the women swirling up and down the poles.

"Oh my..." Sofie's eyes widened, her lips twisting into a broad grin. "Corrine, you naughty little bitch." She turned to her friend.

"What?" Corrine grinned sheepishly. "I got us in to one of the hottest clubs here." She waved her arms out for emphasis. "Now, let's go get some drinks and get ourselves twisted."

"Shit, twist my arm..." Morgan laughed as the troop headed to the bar. "Guess I'm going to need some cash tonight won't I?" She grinned, hooking her arm through Corrine's.

"If anyone's dancing for you it'll be me!" Corrine corrected her before pretending to bite Morgan's shoulder.

"Ah! Okay! Shit! I better get the whole deal then." Morgan glared at her.

"Oh would you two go get a room." Sofie rolled her eyes.

"Why don't we just skip to the part where you two start making out?" Nicole suggested as she leaned against the bar.

Corrine and Morgan stared at each other, their eyes meeting and it almost seemed the two were sharing a thought for their gaze did not falter. Morgan reached for her friend's arm and nodded towards her shoulder. It took her a moment, but eventually Corrine was able to pull her eyes away to find a lovely bar tender had finally come to take her order.

"What can get you two lovebirds?" She asked.

"Two shots of tequila and two mojitos." Corrine said before Morgan could correct her. "You heard her, lo-ver." She gave Morgan a playful wink. "I hope you're a cheap date." She added giving her a once over.

"Excuse me? I am anything but cheap." Morgan barked.

"Maybe not cheap, but certainly easy." Nicole laughed as she poked Morgan's side.

"Ah! What the hell?" Morgan laughed, poking her friend in retaliation.

Eventually the girls obtained their drinks and managed to hunt down an open booth in a far corner. Morgan took an inside seat and Corrine fell in beside her while Sofie and Nicole sat across from them.

"Okay start talking." Nicole urged.

"Well, you know how I like to throw parties, so I just figured it would be a neat idea to invest a place I can throw parties whenever I want." Corrine said as she knocked back her shot of tequila.

"Wait... ...what are you saying?" Morgan asked suddenly serious, her brows furrowed. "Did you buy a bar?"

"No! Well, not exactly. I'm a partner with Lady Olivia." Corrine stated unhelpfully.

"Like that wall told us." Sofie recalled.

"Yes, like the wall told us." Corrine laughed. "I'm part owner and I wanted you girls here to celebrate with me! Now we have a place all our own."

"We have our places..." Nicole suggested.

"Yes, but this place is just for us. No boyfriends, no husbands, just us." Corrine insisted.

"OH!" Sofie beamed. "I get you!" She giggled as she slipped her heels off her feet and reached beneath the table to brush her toes lightly against Corrine's knee. "So we're crashing at your place tonight?" She asked hopefully.

"I was hoping you'd ask." Corrine smiled.

"Well I'm in." Morgan agreed.

"See! Easy!" Sofie quipped causing them all to break out into laughter.
