Climb a tree!

Rose was trapped. Behind her was uncertainty that someone might see her through the window. Closing in on her, was someone who WOULD see her for sure. The red head looked around. Going around the tree only protected her from the car. The backyard looked accessible, but who knows if someone was back there?

She looked up, and saw her answer. The tree! Who looks up at trees in the middle of the night? Probably not drivers, and probably not homeowners!

Okay, technically, both could look up a tree if they saw something odd. That oddity being a naked girl. But Rose didn't have much choice. With her best option being above, Rose looked over the tree for low branches, and began to climb. Although Rose was no Olympic level athlete, the tree proved simple enough to climb. Rose grabbed onto a branch, and carefully worked her legs to climb up.

It wasn't easy, as one hand had to keep the tablecloth in place to cover her nudity, while the other hand had to work with her exposed legs and climb. However, Rose was able to make her way up the tree, safely into the cover of the leaves.

Rose held onto part of the tree for balance, while she kept her tablecloth in place. She placed her feet on the most firm looking branch, and waited.

She thought about how she must have looked. Naked with a very scrappy looking piece of fabric up in a tree. What would people think if they saw her? The very thought made Rose blush. Her clothes were a block and a half away, and here she was, naked in a tree with torn up tablecloth.

Her trance was broken by the sound of the passing car. Rose let out a small sigh of relief as she avoided being found by the driver. She turned her head and could see the window to the living room of the house. She couldn't see very far into it, but she could tell the light was on.

It might be smarter to wait a little while and see if that light would at least turn off. Then she'd know it would be safe to climb down from the tree without being seen. But there was no telling how long that could take.
