Claiming Her Own Base

Mistress MILF knew that using an old complex with severely limited resources was an issue, she checked the system's database to see if there were any facilities better suited to her needs in the system. By law, the city couldn't take out a facility occupied by a presumed villain or confirmed hero, and that also extended to unknown heroes and villains. She just needed a facility that housed more materials and equipment she could repurpose for her own ends, so an R&D complex would be best, especially if it had been well-stocked before the company in question had gone defunct. Although, the underground network of tunnels the company made to interconnect many of their facilities did make quite a bit of convenience on her part. The schematics she had gleaned told her that the facility she was heading towards was one of the long since past company's largest R&D facilities, and the city had surprisingly not gotten around to demolishing it yet, probably them trying to save on tax dollars until absolutely needed, especially since so much unplanned demolishing happened every other week with the more physically capable heroes and villains.

Mistress MILF arrived at the facility to find it barely had more than a few layers of dust, not even a squatter to be found. Granted, power to the facility was an issue, the lab she had made use of had a generator on its last legs and sort of died on her the moment she saw the map to her current facility, she thankfully was blessed with a keen mind and photographic memory in addition to her physical proportions. She had always suspected her ex had married her for her body, but she didn't mind since that meant she could give him a few surprises while they were married. Now he was being locked up, proof of his infidelity was literally handed off to the police, and the police likely started their own investigation into things.

Now all she needed to do, for the time being, was see if this facility had a backup generator, and if not build a generator for the facility so she could really get to work.

Five hours, that's how long it took her to find, mend, and improve upon the generator to make it more permanent for her purposes. The first thing she did when she got power running back through the facility was to check the radio news feeds, and grinned maliciously beneath her dom mask when she heard all 3 of her first victims were being detained for the full length the police were allowed by law as they conducted an investigation into everything related. Now, she just had to get the facility the way she wanted it, this could take some time.
