Childhood Part 2. (N)(GD)

You ride back home with your parents. You talk about your day with your parents. How you meet this one mean girl name, Veronica. Your parents give you a concerned look but you reassured them your fine and that two people helped you.

"So who are these friends of yours?" Your parents ask curiously. "They're super cool. One named Dakota and the other name Ash." You say beaming. They smile knowing that you in safe hands.

When you got home your second dad rushes in and hugs you. "I heard from dad that someone was bullying you." He says holding you. You hug him back embracing his warmth. You then explain to him what you explain to your parents earlier.

He looks at you with a smile and holds your hand. When you do can tell he was shaking. He was nervous for you. This made you smile and you hug him again surprising him. He calms down a bit and hugs back.

"Honey, Dinner ready!" Your second says.

Dad smiles at you and walk-in the kitchen with you. You walk in smelling chicken pot pie hit your nose. As you sit down at your table with your family. Your second dad speaks up. "How was your day Alex" Your second dad asking you.

"I got homework to do about my favorite things," You say beaming excitedly. Your dad stops eating and finally speaks to your second dad "What we going to do with Alex's bullies!" He says determinedly.

Your second dad sighs and looks at you for a response.
