Checking out the Night Life

It's been several days since your last drink and you can't even fathom the idea of wasting an opportunity to cherish the fruits of your labors these last few weeks. A smile cracks your face as you don't even bother to go into your house, simply turning, getting back in your silver Porsche, and starting up the engine.

The drive is short and smooth, through winding roads passing through pine forests which occasionally obscure your sight of the town below you. On the ten minute drive down to the main town, you take special note that there do not appear to be any other houses on this route. It would appear that you have your own private road. This will certainly be useful for your own purposes.

A few moments later, you find yourself passing by quaint little wooden homes and shops and, soon enough, main street. Hotels, bed-and-breakfasts, restaurants, and eventually bars and water-craft rentals line the street and beach. You can already see that there are quite a few things going on tonight.

First, you notice a large Irish bar called the Dublin Green on the corner of Pacific Coast and Main Street. There is already a line forming out front and you can see plenty of people eating, drinking, talking and flirting on the patio. Second, there are a number of vehicles that are pulling into the Hotel Soleil; perhaps there is some kind of soiree taking place. Finally, you can see several large bonfires built on the beach with people frivolously partying and playing in the white sands of the Pacific.

One way or another, you can tell you will need to satisfy your thirst soon, although enjoying the party certainly sounds like fun.
