"Helen, dahlin? Absolute love of mah life? Spare me a couple Miles here?" Charlotte begged, turning her eyes on her girlfriend who leaned against the counter with a bowl and a towel in hand.

"OK... sure... I could use some favors later. Brent, I'll take two of those miles." Helen nodded, looking at me with a wink. "I'm sure I can find some way to pay you four miles. Especially considering what I can gather of your price sheet." She blew a sarcastic kiss at Kaila.

"So... you're just down to two miles." I remarked calmly. "I can think of a few things."

"Ah Bet you can." Charlotte shook her head. "And let me guess... it involves you an' me an' tha bed..."
