Chapter 4
by bungakawa2000
Does she come out of the water?
Charge of the Nymph
Finn startled; the expression on the woman's face had changed from surprise to exalted ferocity. With blinding, surhuman speed, she jumped out of the water; Finn couldn't move, somehow unable to take his gaze away from the beautiful creature's eyes, even now that they were filled with hatred. He knew he would die if he didn't run away; he knew he was not facing an ordinary foe, yet her beauty had possessed him so strongly that his body refused to make the smallest movement.
She yawped a strange battlecry as she thrust her shoulder backwards, ready to strike as soon as the Werewolf would get within her range. Finn's heart was thumping and his knees were shaking; he would die, and die without a fight! The woman's eyes flickered with blue and green flames.
The blade whistled as it cut through the air; Finn waited for it to bit his flesh, but that moment never came. A huge black shape leaped from the bushes to his left and came crashing against the nymph. The blade escaped her grasp and struck a tree behind Finn who suddenly fell to his knees, coming back to his senses. The girl and the dark creature rolled on the ground, her skin shining blue under the moonlight. She spoke a strange language he had never heard before and though her opponent was 3 times her own size, she put up an extraordinary fight, showing strenght and stamina ten times greater than what Finn expected her to have.
However, the grunts and growls coming from the other creature as well as its enormous and erect maleness left no doubt in Finn's mind: he was faced with another Werewolf! Finn grunted, shook his head and, freed from the magical stupor, he stood up.
What will be the outcome of the fight? Will Finn stick around to find out?
